We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager who exemplifies being customer-obsessed, highly-collaborative, data-driven, and strategic to lead our work management and workflow experiences across our service portfolio. In your role, you will leverage customer insights, data, and cutting-edge technologies to empower QB experts to help customers with year-end tax and compliance filing, delivering on the benefits of no work and complete confidence. You will drive quantitative and qualitative customer research to identify how we can help SMBs feel confident about taxes, file with ease while being supported by AI and human experts. With thousands of experts in our platform who collectively represent the largest accounting firm in the world, we are uniquely positioned to maximize their unique skill sets and passions to deliver high-quality service within unmatched timelines. Once you have prioritized what is needed to meet critical industry deadlines and deliver unparalleled insights to our customers, you will drive a team to build delightful experiences for the experts who are serving our customers. You will push the boundaries of how digital services are delivered, building lasting partnerships and enabling small businesses and experts alike to thrive. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, service delivery managers, operations managers, and Intuit Capability Product teams to bring expert powered experiences to help small businesses file taxes with confidence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and define product strategy for work management and workflow experiences for Tax service innovations
  • Develop deep customer empathy, evaluate competitive landscape, define customer problems, customer benefits, and drive data-backed opportunity sizing based on customer impact and strategic relevance
  • Use analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive roadmap decisions and prioritization based on customer impact and strategic relevance
  • Define gen AI powered innovations that empower human experts to deliver outsized impact through leveraging AI in their core workflows
  • Lead a cross-functional product team and is adept at boundaryless leadership, partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Service Delivery and Operations to define, design and implement customer and expert facing experiences, prioritization criteria and models, and work delivery experiences leveraging AI and leading edge technologies
  • Help teams through ambiguity by driving data-back decisions with leaders, adopting a learning mindset and consistently biasing yourself and your team toward action
  • Share excellence in PM craft to mentor and develop early career product managers Minimum Requirements
    • 4+ years experience as a product manager
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
    • Experience with practical application of AI to solve customer problems
    • Passionate for solving customer problems (the big ones and the small ones)
    • Track record of leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product teams
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
    • Deeply curious and data-driven. Develops and defends strong points-of-view with data, analytics and the voice of the customer
    • Experience working with Agile teams and data driven products
    • Excels in driving cross-functional teams
    • Prior experience in business-related roles including consulting, marketing, or finance
    • Undergraduate degree required, or equivalent experience with concentration in computer science or other technical disciplines preferred; MBA or MS a plus
