Trust is building safer communities by providing our customers with
risk signals about its users. Every year, our team provides
insights on tens of millions of users across multiple verticals:
online dating, caregiving, car rental, short-term rentals, and many
more. We are part of Horizon 3Y, the Checkr start-up lab: we
operate with the speed of a small startup while enjoying the
leverage and resources of a well-known technology brand.We are
looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to play a pivotal
role in the continued growth of our startup. In this role, you will
report directly to the Vice President and GM of Check Trust.What
you'll do
- Own our paid search (SEM) campaigns for Checkr Trust, managing
our agency team to unlock efficiencies and scale our programs for
continued growth.
- Define and implement our strategy for paid acquisition across
other growth channels, including but not limited to: social,
display, affiliate, and other PPC/PPL programs.
- Drive optimization via experimentation on our landing pages in
close collaboration with our design, website, and analytics
teams.
- Manage our paid media budget, determining optimal spend
allocation across channels based on our goals.
- Analyze datasets to understand our paid marketing funnel and
identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with finance, analytics, and marketing operations to
utilize our marketing technology stack and data to understand
campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Drive value proposition experiments to validate our product
offering and inform our roadmap.What you bring
- Have founded or held early roles at fast-paced startups.
- Deep expertise in digital/performance marketing across search,
social, affiliate, and display channels (6+ years preferred).
Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns at scale is a
must-have.
- Strong analytical mindset. Experience analyzing campaign
datasets, website metrics, and internal conversion data with a
proven ability to translate data insights into action.
- Proficient with basic analytical tools (Google Sheets/Excel,
Looker, Google Analytics).
- Ability to drive projects forward across multiple teams and
manage multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced environment.What

website.The base salary range for this role is $113,782 to $133,861
