• Work on the priorities of YouTube's leadership and determine how best to solve the company's opportunities and challenging problems.
• Structure, launch, and drive strategy workstreams including developing hypotheses, designing work plans, conducting analysis (including financial models), analyzing market/competitive trends, assessing business drivers, and operating metrics.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings to YouTube's leadership and the broader organization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align on recommendations, financial, and headcount investments, launch plans, and enable a transition to long-term owners.Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in professional services (e.g., consulting, investment banking) or a corporate strategy role.Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience communicating and influencing a range of audiences, including senior executives.
    • Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
    • Experience and passion in consumer internet and media industries.
    • Excellent business acumen, financial modeling, spreadsheet software and presentation software skills.
