Treasury globally, the Senior Treasury Manager, APAC, based in
Singapore will be the first APAC Treasury hire to help build out a
team in a crucial region supporting Ripple's growth plan. An

date, Ripple Payments has processed 27M lifetime transactions worth
nearly $50B. A vision that has the potential to impact directly on
how value moves around the world.This position will report directly
to the Head of Treasury, a critical part of a 24/7 team leading
regional operations and key initiatives, including supporting
Ripple Trading Markets activities during a pivotal time for the
company.This unique position allows the exceptional candidate to be
at the core of redefining the latest technology, including, but not
limited to, Crypto and Stablecoin liquidity management.WHAT YOU'LL
DO:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new
relationships with banks, PSPs, and crypto-asset exchanges to
support both Fiat and Crypto Treasury Operations.
- Lead regional day-to-day fiat and crypto liquidity operations,
intercompany settlement, and liquidity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams with regional
Operations including but not limited to: Accounting, Financial
Services, Legal, Tax, Risk, Product, Engineering.
- Support Ripple Markets & Trading initiatives to drive impact
for company products.
- Contribute to Treasury stablecoin Operations.
- Define and maintain best-in-class operational policies to
ensure a robust internal Treasury Control.
- Contribute to design and propose working capital efficiency and
Treasury financial risk management frameworks.
- Structuring global liquidity, intercompany funding, and cash
concentration architecture.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 8+ years in Treasury with multinational corporations or
financial institutions that have a presence in 20+ countries.
- Leadership experience with payment rails, banking, and trade
settlement.
- Experience in developing and implementing Netting, Global
In-House bank, or follow the Sun liquidity structure.
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication
skills with an ability to lead multiple tasks and projects
simultaneously and diligently.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, willing to chart new paths
and agile to changing priorities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity with the ability to influence teams
with competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, experience
with other analytical tools preferred.
- Strong team player who champions a culture of excellence,
innovation, and continuous improvement through technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or business-related field.For
positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for
this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous
factors including, among other things, an individual applicant's
experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not
include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or
commissions.CA Annual Base Salary Range:$160,800 - $201,000 USDWHO
