The Accounting Analyst will be the go to person for all things accounting operations at Harvey, including AP, Procurement, AR and Payroll. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth start-up, is detail-oriented, and has a get it done attitude. The Accounting Analyst will be someone who is operationally proficient while juggling multiple workstreams.What You'll Do
  • Process accounts payable (A/P) invoices using Zip
  • Assist with procurement requests by ensuring that requests are completed, that approvals are happening timely
  • Process vendor onboarding requests
  • Review expense reimbursement requests for adherence to policies
  • Send accounts receivable (A/R) reminders (dunning) to our customers to ensure timely payments
  • Prepare US and UK payrolls
  • Perform cash reconciliationWhat You Have
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance/Economics
    • 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
    • Experience with operational accounting tasks, such as AP, AR, Payroll, and Journal Entries
    • Exposure to Netsuite preferred
    • Proven proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) Google Docs/Sheets
    • Excellent writing, oral communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
