Job Mission
We are hiring a Head of Finance for the site who will contribute to
our further growth ambitions in the next decade. This role is
responsible for all finance related activities of ASML Silicone
Valley, requiring strong relationships across business lines and
sectors in ASML Netherlands. Are you enthusiastic about enabling

As Head of Finance, you act as a strong business partner and member
of the Site Management team.
You will effectively manage financial and business control
processes and aspects to enable achievement of financial and
operational strategic objectives and budgets for ASML's e-beam
inspection and metrology product lines. You will also coordinate
performance review processes like Long Term Financial Plan, Budget,
rolling forecast and Product and R&D Program cost reviews.
Role and Responsibilities
Controls and drives the e-beam P&L performance as business
partner of the e-beam inspection and metrology staff. coordinates
e-beam inspection and metrology financial performance review
processes like monthly reviews, budget, long term plan, dashboards.
Manages and develops a high performance finance team.
Target setting and driving progress of sales, cost improvements and
product development, short term and long term.
Support the definition of the product and business strategy
Coordination, preparation and communication of the P&L and
supporting analysis, conclusions, recommendations, for the Monthly
operating reviews, budget, long term plan, supported by sector and
business insight controllers.
Provide insight into the progress on the main drivers which are
enabling the business unit to meet short and longer term
targets
Support and challenge product management with realistic business
cases.
Analyzing and challenging volume price agreements, providing input
to the BL staff members who participate in the sales deal
structuring team.
Provide insight and drive the progress on the product development
roadmap and cost-down initiatives.
Develop and inspire a strong finance team and ensure intensive
collaboration with sectors, business insights and business line
control teams.
Participate and/or lead cross sector/Business line finance
improvement projects.
Drive improvements in reporting and processes.
Ad-hoc business analyses.
Education and Experience
10+ years as senior controller of a business unit
CPA/MBA are preferred
Skills
Ability to connect people, negotiate, challenge at various levels
in the organization.
Have an overall business view (full P&L), with knowledge of the
working and drivers of the various sectors that influence the BL
results. Ability to develop a long term strategy and balance
between long term and short term results.

The current base annual salary range for this role is
currently:
$276,000-460,000
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment
with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews
and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each
candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills,
relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the
candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental,
vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate
in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8)
hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays
