New Lantern is the radiology AI cloud. It's the first-of-its-kind web platform that empowers superhero radiologists to work with superhuman speed and accuracy. Our goal is to modernize radiology as we replace existing, legacy incumbents.About the RoleWe're hiring frontend engineers who will help transform the way radiologists work. You'll own the frontend of a web-based medical image viewer radiologists use to prioritize, view, manipulate, and annotate exams containing thousands of images (MRIs, X-rays, CTs, etc.). Our frontend engineers are crucial for New Lantern's crux of revolutionizing the radiology workflow.Every engineer is a product engineer. Our engineers work with high integrity and ownership. At New Lantern, every engineer must be meticulously product-minded: focused on the bigger picture and never compromising on the user experience.Grow with the company. New Lantern's Engineering department and sub-departments will revolve around you and early engineers as New Lantern expands.Requirements

• Extensive understanding of web technologies such as React/Redux and Typescript
• Experience building frontends that ingest and display large volumes of data (especially media)
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Experience managing secure account sessions
• Experience with UI/UX design and design frameworks
