Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Leader to oversee
and develop their Sales Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing sales
engineers
Establish best practices and processes for pre-sales activities
Drive the development of self-serviceable pre-sales opportunities,
including demos and proof-of-concepts
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience leading a sales engineering or solutions
engineering team
Strong technical background with sales experience
Ability to build internal and external networks to support customer
success
Experience managing executive relationships and communicating
technical concepts to C-level executives
Self-motivated with a strategic and customer-centric approach
