Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Writer to join their product management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain high-quality product documentation
Collaborate with R&D and support teams to address content gaps and improve documentation
Manage Pendo projects to promote feature activation and adoption

Required Qualifications:

2-4 years of enterprise-level technical writing experience
User-centric SaaS/software documentation experience
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field
Experience with video content creation
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
