digital transformation agency, you will be instrumental in
delivering high-impact technical solutions for our clients. This
role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing
responsibilities, ensuring that our solutions align with clients'
strategic goals. You'll collaborate closely with both internal
teams and clients, providing technical leadership and fostering a
collaborative approach to problem-solving and
innovation.Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and develop scalable software solutions that
meet client requirements, both functional and non-functional.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with clients to
understand their business challenges and translating them into
actionable technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and
other engineers to create cohesive project plans that meet both
client and company objectives.
- Serve as a technical leader, setting best practices for coding,
design, and architecture within the team, and ensuring consistent
quality across projects.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality standards
and guiding team members to maintain a high level of technical
excellence.
- Lead complex technical projects from planning through
deployment, coordinating with clients to keep them informed on
progress, roadblocks, and solutions.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in codebase,
performance, and scalability, driving technical strategies that add
value for clients.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a
culture of growth, collaboration, and technical expertise.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends,
introducing tools and practices that can enhance client
outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues in development and
production, ensuring reliability and high availability for client
solutions.Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven
track record of architecting, developing, and deploying
solutions.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python,
Java, C++, Go) and familiarity with relevant frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google
Cloud) and a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze
complex technical issues to provide effective solutions.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, with strong
communication and presentation skills for collaborating directly
with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects involving
cross-functional teams and clients.
- Experience mentoring and guiding engineers to uphold high
standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture,
and modern software development practices.Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
(IaC).
- Hands-on experience with performance optimization and
troubleshooting in complex production environments.Location:
Candidates must be located in the United States, ideally on the
