Job Description:

Fortinet is looking for a Senior Cloud/Mobile Solution QA Engineer to join a QA team working on multiple products in mobile and cloud.Job Responsibility

• Responsible for mobile client and cloud server application testing
• Design, develop test plans and perform functional and regression test cases using manual and auto-testing techniques
• Build and maintain diverse test environments to ensure feature compatibility across supported platforms and configurations
• Collaborate closely with development teams and project managers to understand project requirements, design documents, acceptance criteria and provide feedback to ensure the software meets quality standards.
• Identify, document, and report defects/bugs as part of QA execution testing.
• Automate test cases to validate feature specifications and use cases
• Replicate and debug customer issuesJob Requirement
  • Good knowledge of cloud technologies, experience working with cloud infrastructure and containers such as Openstack, Docker, K8s, etc.
  • Good knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, FTP, etc.
  • Good knowledge of network security related technology such as firewall, EDR, VPN, etc.
  • Experience using network analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump)
  • Experience on hardware testing, such as Android/iOS mobile devices, network equipment, etc.
  • Experience with web, mobile application and API testing
  • Experience with CI methodology and tools, such as Git, Jenkins, etc.
  • Experience writing automation tests with modern automation frameworks, such as Selenium, WebDriverIO, Appium, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux or Unix operating systems
  • Experience with Python and Shell Scripting
  • Knowledge of application security
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral), with the ability to simplify and document complex technical details to both technical and non-technical team members.Educational Requirement
    • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of proven experience in software development life cycle.
