Job Title: Salesforce Test EngineerJob Description:

• Overall 8+ years of Strong testing experience in Salesforce CRM - standard/custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules and sharing rules.
• Good knowledge of data loader to insert/update or import/export bulk data from salesforce objects.
• Good exposure on salesforce configuration, System integration and data migration testing.
• Experienced with API testing with Salesforce.
• Analyze, develop, and execute efficient and effective Test Cases/Test Scripts/Test Data for the new state specific requirements and enhancements.
• Automation framework design and implementation according to application or project needs.
• Design, development and implement automated tests in an ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) and BDD Frameworks.
• Write and execute automated tests using Selenium/Java, Cucumber and Rest Assured for Web and API test automation.
• Ability to participate in the defect triage meetings with all the stakeholders and supporting onshore/offshore team with testing, issues and defect resolution.
• Participate in the Release Gateway meeting, Code, Design reviews and production check outs.
• Deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines.
• Perform Peer review for automated tests that are developed by team members.
• Seeks to continuously improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis, Correction and Preventions).
• Test Management - Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools.
• Responsible for management and coordination of all testing activities on assigned projects including definition of testing approach, test effort estimation, progress and status reporting.
• Providing continuous review and recommendations for improvement of processes related to status reporting/dash-boarding.
• Define project requirements and deliverables based on scope.
• Plan coverage projects from initiation through closing states.
• Create test coverage documentation, test execution plans, and metrics reports.
