    Role DescriptionForm Energy is hiring a Senior Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to help manage the development of our Iron-Air battery products. As part of our EPM team, you will contribute to product development programs driving the advancement of our utility-scale stationary storage products. You will partner with our Systems Engineering team, and collaborate with multiple Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams as well as other program managers across Form Energy. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!What you'll do:Drive product development programs to milestones while managing and communicating schedules across multiple teams to ensure efficient alignment, coordination, and execution of Form's highly cross-functional goalsContribute to program management systems and structures based on best-practices and your personal experience, to effectively integrate with and support Form Energy's world-class technical teamContribute to and execute on Form's Product Development Process (PDP)Collaborate with Engineering leadership to construct and maintain product development plans, schedules, and trackers consistent with Form's PDPProactively identify and frame key decisions, risks, and work with stakeholders to develop decision-quality options; facilitate progress by ensuring appropriate scheduling, resourcing, and prioritization of engineering workflowsAssess and mitigate program risks based on development activities across electrical, controls, mechanical, and chemical subsystemsWhat you'll bring:5+ years of experience in an engineering or technical Program Management roleBachelor's degree in a technical field, such as mechanical or electrical engineeringDemonstrated experience in product development, including commercial product launches (e.g., full product lifecycle program experience from concept to launch). Exposure to software development program management is a plus. -Technical experience with electro-mechanical systems.
