Job Description:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Process, or Manufacturing
Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a semiconductor fab, Research and
Development (R&D) lab, or a related area.
- Experience with two or more of the following: wet etch, dry
etch, deposition, lithography, CMP, backend.
- Experience with RODI, PVAC, AWN, electrical, and hazardous
material distribution systems.
- Experience with equipment engineering or maintenance
engineering.Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle
time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts.
- Experience with AutoCAD, designing layouts and tooling, and
reading and understanding equipment schematics.
- Understanding of the relationship between cleanroom process
equipment and facility support equipment.Ability to troubleshoot
complex semiconductor equipment, particularly lithography tools,
deposition systems, and etching tools.
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills, both
verbal and written, including emails, reports, and technical

smooth operation of our semiconductor equipment and cleanroom
infrastructure, directly supporting the development of our

environment.This role may occasionally require overtime or work
outside of standard business hours to support production needs and
project deadlines.Responsibilities
- Maintain a wide range of semiconductor equipment, keeping
production lines running at peak performance.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues, minimizing
downtime, and maximizing productivity.
- Install and improve new equipment as we continue to push the
boundaries of microLED technology.
- Collaborate with engineers, process technicians, and vendors,
fostering a strong team environment focused on continuous
improvement.The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$111,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges
are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on
each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries
for the position across all US locations. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
