Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Processing Manager to
oversee mortgage loan processing and training.
Key Responsibilities
Train and onboard new loan processors, ensuring effective
transition and progress tracking
Monitor team pipelines to meet service level agreements and reduce
loan processing times
Provide support and training to enhance individual processor
performance and manage operational tasks
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of processing experience
Proficient in mortgage guidelines and recent working knowledge of
Encompass
Experience in training and leadership roles
Ability to manage competing priorities under stressful
deadlines
Knowledge of manufactured housing is a plus
