and enrich their lives. The Talent Acquisition Project Manager -
Pinnacle (Fixed-Term) is a new position that will utilize
specialized recruiting knowledge and skills to facilitate and
support organizational changes associated with implementing a new
ERP system (Oracle Fusion), including changes to recruiting
processes, programs, services, expectations and training. This
position requires a combination of expert talent acquisition
experience, project management experience, training, and a
business-level understanding of ERP systems and systems
implementation. The Talent Acquisition Project Manager will report
directly to the Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition.
Specific areas of responsibility include:
- Program and process design: working with schools and units
across Stanford to understand their current talent acquisition
processes and gaps and creating both training, process, and systems
solutions.
- Stakeholder and change management: socializing changes,
understanding barriers and developing change plans for addressing
barriers. Creating custom templates and communication tools.
- Skillbuilding and training: Collaborate with the change
management team to design and implement all training on recruiting
programs and processes for HR and hiring managers. Implement
through training and support the recruiting best practices (i.e.,
forming interview teams that support diversity, automated interview
question library and evaluation form) for hiring managers and
interview team members.
- Metrics & reporting: Establish recruiting metrics and dashboard
for tracking progress for the change as well as recruiting
outcomes. Work with the recruiting workstream team to develop
standardized metrics and reporting for recruiting in Oracle Fusion.
This is a hybrid work arrangement (a combination of onsite and work
from home). The number of days may occasionally fluctuate subject
to business needs, but the expectation is that this position will
be onsite a minimum of 2 days/week, typically Tuesdays and
Wednesdays. The onsite work location is Stanford Redwood City
Campus, 505 Broadway, Redwood City, California but travel to the
Stanford Campus, Stanford, California may be required at times. Due
to the funding for this position, the fixed-term end date will be
May 2026.
JOB PURPOSE:
Design and provide operational leadership in the delivery of talent
acquisition processes, programs and policies using specialized
knowledge and skills.
CORE DUTIES*:
- Provide consultation on complex issues to school/unit on
adoption, customization, implementation, and measurement of
effectiveness of talent acquisition programs.
- Develop, deliver, and implement proposals and process
improvements for talent acquisition programs, in alignment with
business objectives.
- Promote complex programs within the talent acquisition
portfolio by leading the education, training, and engagement of
participants in the program in alignment with university
objectives.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to influence support and
participation in talent acquisition initiatives.
- Implement sourcing and recruiting strategies in support of
diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives. *The job

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or
combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge regarding talent acquisition, and state and
federal employment laws.
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle talent
acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative
working relationships with business leaders.
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision in a
team-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications
skills. -
- Must have excellent presentation skills. -
- Project management skills in a multiple location/unit
environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
- Strong, fundamental skills in technology/platform supporting
business operations and communications.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Frequently stand/walk, sit, perform desk-based computer tasks,
use a telephone, and grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally twist/bend/stoop/squat, reach/work above
shoulders, grasp forcefully, lift/carry/push/pull objects that
weigh up to 10 pounds, writing by hand, sort/file paperwork.
- Rarely kneel/crawl.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Travel on campus to schools/units, occasional out of town
travel.

expected pay range for this position is $140,000-160,000 per annum.

position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be
determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope
and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the
selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal
equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable
