Our Senior Engagement Managers - ServiceNow communicate and reiterate our unique approach to fulfilling our client commitments. As the primary point of contact for customer projects, the Sr Engagement Manager ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction; coordinates, manages and ensures completion of all project tasks; and lead status calls, project meetings, and other client and stakeholder meetings to ensure project outcomes are successfully delivered. The Sr Engagement Manager establishes customer requirement agreements, prepares deliverables, and leads teams to successfully deliver project scope, on budget, and to client satisfaction. The Sr Engagement Manager provides critical, day-to-day support across project teams, the cross-functional organization, and the client organization. We rely on the Sr Engagement Manager to contribute to the growth of our company by building and improving existing methodologies, conducting internal training, and developing best practice improvements. Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional, project leadership experience
  • 5-8 years of experience as an Engagement Manager / Project Manager role with ServiceNow (professional services experience)
  • Project estimation experience and Budget Management
  • Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven project history maintaining high customer satisfaction in complex environments
  • Strong history of problem solving
  • Proficient with MS Office and other productivity and project management solutions Applications will be accepted until 11/15/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $134,000.00 - $158,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
