Key Responsibilities
Drive patient acquisition and optimize conversion within the
Psychiatric Services business
Improve patient funnel and streamline processes for operational
efficiency
Lead cross-functional initiatives to support growth in psychiatric
care delivery
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in operations-based roles, with 2+ years
managing frontline teams
Experience leading cross-functional teams to optimize and scale
processes
Proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making
Experience in writing technical requirements and strategy
documents
Deep experience in spearheading product changes and continuous
improvement
