us tell our special story.About the RoleWe are looking for a
Community Manager who will be responsible for building and
nurturing a vibrant user community for Innovaccer. This role
involves developing and executing engagement strategies, managing
both online and offline events, creating and overseeing content,
and acting as a bridge between the community and internal teams.
The Community Manager will drive user engagement, collect and
analyze feedback, and ensure the community aligns with Innovaccer's
goals of enhancing user learning, product improvement, and brand
differentiation. Effective communication, organizational skills,
and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.A Day
in the Life
- Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the user
community.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for community
members.
- Organize and manage online forums, AMAs, and live discussion
sessions.
- Plan and coordinate offline community events for networking and
learning.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with product managers, product marketing, and
clinical transformation teams to produce relevant content.
- Manage a content calendar, including blogs, FAQs, and
public-facing roadmaps.
- Generate ideas and oversee the publication of community-focused
content.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Align with internal stakeholders to ensure community activities
are in sync with company objectives.
- Act as a liaison between community members and Innovaccer's
product team.
- Collect feedback from community members and relay it to
relevant teams for product improvements.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report on community engagement metrics.
- Analyze user feedback and engagement data to improve community
strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on community activities and their
impact.What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related
field.
- 2+ years of experience building or growing online
communities.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to community building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with online community platforms like Discourse.
- Proficiency in using tools like Zoom for online events.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and
manage content creation and publication.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on
engagement metrics.
- A strong understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus.We
