We are seeking a Vice President or Director level Senior
Relationship Manager in our Diversified Industries Group primarily
covering the South Bay Market in the San Francisco Bay Area. The
ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience calling on companies in
the middle market generating $50MM - $2B in revenue and has
established relationships with customers, COIs, and key
stakeholders in the Bay Area.
The RM will be responsible to drive new client acquisition and
growth in market share in this middle market segment across all
industry verticals. Successful RMs develop and leverage strong
relationships with the Portfolio Management and Treasury Product
Services Teams, as well as other key product and support partners
within the Commercial Bank across the various geographies to
deliver an exceptional customer experience. In addition, the RM
will be tasked with leveraging the bank and delivering the
integrated BMO One Client focus across all lines of business
including Wealth, Retail, Small Business, and Capital Markets.
Facilitates growth initiatives for the Bank through significant
business development and excellent management of key client
relationships. Maintains an outstanding and continuous record of
significant revenue generation from sales and syndications. Ensures
the required internal control standards, including adherence to
audit, regulatory and compliance policies.
Qualifications:
Salary: $120,000.00 - $222,600.00
Pay Type: Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills,
experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may
include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will
be pro-rated based on the number of hours regularly worked. For
commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial
Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on
the pay type of the position and may include performance-based
incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and
