Backed by some of the best crypto VCs, our founding team brings experience scaling multi-billion-dollar businesses at Amazon and LinkedIn.This role offers a unique opportunity to become a core member of our fast-paced and highly ambitious startup environment.About the Role:As the first content hire at Persona, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our brand's message while also spearheading growth initiatives through content. Working closely with the founding team, you'll craft engaging narratives and develop compelling content. Your creativity and strategic thinking, along with a solid understanding of the Web3 Space, will be essential in connecting with our audience and transforming digital advertising communication.We need someone who is not afraid to voice their creative opinions and ideas, especially when it comes to leveraging Web3 concepts. If there's a new content channel we should be exploring within the Web3 landscape or a unique story angle we should be pursuing, you will have the autonomy to make it happen.If you care about having a unique voice, obsession for craft, and taste; but also have an informed opinion on trends and best practices, we should talk!Requirements:

• Content creation and distribution: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in producing high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media, newsletters, etc., and effectively distributing it across different platforms.
• Exceptional storytelling skills: Ability to craft compelling narratives and content strategies that resonate with our target audience, with a specific focus on Web3-related topics.
• Creative mindset: Embrace a bias toward innovation and a "get-it-done" mentality, prioritizing creativity and strategic thinking over routine content creation.
• Knowledge of SEO: Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques to optimize content for visibility and ranking across search engines.
• Leadership & collaboration: Ability to get many people to rally behind an idea and execute it to their best capability.
