Director, PCBA Factory Quality We are now looking for a senior leader to direct a team of PCBA factory quality engineers in North America region. • Manage a team of quality engineers to bring up new product line and to drive continuous quality improvements at each factory site.
• Align lessons learned and best quality practices across our global CM sites.
• Work closely with manufacturing partners in audit, quality critical metric management, process compliance. Handle quality excursions and qualifications.
• Cooperate with internal teams, including process, assembly, test, reliability, and field quality as the main factory quality interface.
• Develop quality management strategy and identify risks in early product phases.
• Lead quality sessions of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and use data to influence improvements within the company and CM/ODMs. What we need to see:
  • BS or MS degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ overall years of quality management experience in large volume PCBA manufacturing in datacenter/server/storage industries.
  • 10+ years of people management leading engineering teams.
  • Familiar with quality core tools application: 8D, 5-Why, 6S, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Six Sigma/Lean.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills including data analytics, logical and statistical analysis, and oral presentation. Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
