head.Job SummaryWe are looking for a self-motivated and
entrepreneurial Product Manager who will support the execution of
the product roadmap for our Contract Management platform. It is a
great opportunity for someone who is relatively early on in their
Product Management journey to learn new skills and grow their
career in a fun, fast-paced, high-growth environment. Under
guidance, this individual will support the product lifecycle from
discovery to release of new features. As a Product Manager, you
will have the opportunity to work in a pivotal cross-functional
role, collaborating across multiple teams, levels within Pramata,
and with customers and partners. In this role, you will partner
with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, as well as
directly with end-users. The candidate must be highly motivated,
organized, and have a good blend of business and technical
savviness.What You'll Do
- Understand the Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Sales user
oriented personas to solve industry leading problems that require
data from contracts
- Effectively collaborate with various internal teams to plan and
coordinate prioritization, development, release and change
management activities
- Interact with end-users to understand business challenges to
drive product feature definition and priorities
- Create wireframes / storyboards to convert an idea into a
solution for early feedback prior to development
- Coordinate development of new product features / prototypes
with design teams
- Maintain the backlog by prioritizing features and bugs
- Work closely with Engineering team to make product changes that
are impactful and intuitive to use
- Working closely with Marketing to update product marketing
content
- Provide Sales and Customer Success teams with the necessary
knowledge to enable them to sell and deliver the product
- Provide input into product release notes and feature
documentation so it reflects product capabilities and is tailored
to customer audiences
- Act as point of contact for product related questions and work
collaboratively with stakeholders to address open issues
- Document future product features and requirements into
well-organized written product requirements
- Track product development progress and communicate status to
various internal stakeholdersSkills and Experience
- 3 - 5 years' experience in Product Management, Marketing, or
Customer Success for B2B SaaS
- Start-up experience required; Contract or Document Management
experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams
- Comfortable with technical discussions and high-level
strategy
- Creative thinker who can drive outcome-oriented solutions
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and fast-paced
environments
- Curious about Generative AI technologies and trends in
SaaS
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce,
Netsuite, Snowflake is a plus
- Willing to travel for internal and customer meetingsAbout
