Our extensive network of diverse talent and expertise from the top companies in Silicon Valley will help you close candidates from Staff, Principal to Director & VP level searches.We are currently looking for a Director of Engineering, Product at a well funded and profitable Series C company in San Francisco.Ideal Candidate

• Has 7+ years of management experience and 3+ years managing managers and teams of up to 35 direct reports
• Has a full-stack product engineering background with experience working on world-class consumer facing software engineering applications
• Experience working directly with product managers and cross functional teams on new product ideation, execution and deliveryThe Role
  • Oversees all Core Product teams for the business with 35+ direct reports and 4 managers across two offices
  • Reports directly to the Head of Engineering (SVP of Engineering)
  • Will work directly with the founders, head of product and head of engineering on new product strategy and feature developmentThe Company
