Zenni VR Prescription Lenses for Meta Quest 3 launched across the U.S., Canada, UK, and Japan in October 2023.Position OverviewThis fully remote Director of Operations, Contacts, and Insurance at Zenni Optical will work directly under our Sr. Director, Operations, Contacts, and Insurance and be the right-hand person to spearhead supply chain optimization, streamline operations, and strategically launch a new contacts line of business. We seek a seasoned professional with profound expertise in optical supply chain management and operations, specifically focusing on contacts and insurance. Join us in revolutionizing the eyewear industry!Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Director or similar role
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or a similar industry
• Experience launching at least 1 new line of businessPreferred Requirements
  • Proficiency with SQL and Excel
  • Ability to collect and research data to analyze complex or diverse information
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership responsibility
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing capabilities and procurement
  • Strong knowledge of business development, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Director-level experience using data to model, inform, and make decisions
  • Director-level experience managing external accounts, vendors, and Service Level Agreements
  • Director-level experience with pricing comparisons and performance metrics as it relates to operations
