Job TitleLocationCategory: Construction ManagementJob Type: Full-timeManagerEducation: Bachelor's DegreeSalary Grade: $60.00 - $80.00 ( $124,800 to $166,400 YR )Travel: NoneSecurity Clearance Required: NoneJob DescriptionThe Construction Project Manager's responsibilities include ensuring the projects are completed on time and within budget, planning and designing construction plans, and overseeing the building process.Our ideal candidate has a solid background in the field, excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software, project management skills, and a strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
• Work with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
• Ensure the quality of work and materials is upheld
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Ensure the work environment is safe and that all safety regulations are being followed
• Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulationsSkills
• Strong project management skills to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Excellent understanding of construction procedures, tools, and knowledge of construction materials to ensure the quality of construction.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders, and resolve any potential issues.
• Leadership and team-building skills to manage and coordinate a diverse team of professionals and workers.
• Proficiency in construction management software to track project progress, manage resources, and handle scheduling and cost estimation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and handle potential challenges or delays in the construction process.
• Compliance with all safety procedures and knowledge of construction safety laws to ensure a safe work environment.
• Experience in reading and understanding blueprints and technical diagrams to accurately execute construction plans.Key Qualifications
• At least 10 years minimum of proven work experience as a Construction Manager / Retail experience with tenant improvement project.
• Advanced knowledge of construction project management processes, means, and methods
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Excellent time and project management skills
• BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
