A company is looking for a Director, Credentialing Professional
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive credential growth, manage credentialing staff, and oversee
certification exam development
Ensure adherence to industry standards, conduct audits, and
implement process improvements
Serve as the primary resource for credentialing issues, resolve
escalations, and enhance communication strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; 7+ years in credentialing with 5+
years of managerial experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools,
and databases
Ability to analyze complex data and interpret technical
documents
Proven ability to lead teams and develop credential programs
Adept at managing stakeholder expectations and fostering
collaboration within teams
