Group Platform Product Management org as a Principal Product
Manager overseeing our consumer data capabilities. As the product
leader driving common data capabilities and a unified consumer
profile across our offerings including TurboTax and Credit Karma,
you will unlock our next chapter of personalized AI-powered
experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the vision and strategy for leveraging consumer
data across various use cases inside and outside our
products.
- Provide product thought leadership by identifying critical
customer requirements, understanding business goals, defining
product end state, and working with development teams to design
optimal developer experiences and scalable services.
- Establish frameworks for self-service and enhance the
self-serve maturity for teams leveraging consumer data
capabilities.
- Learn, evangelize, and apply established patterns for data
governance, compliance, privacy, and consent.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design secure and
scalable solutions.
- Use a data-driven approach to define success metrics,
prioritize requirements, and communicate plans, progress, and
successes.
- Experiment with data to influence business outcomes.
- Drive the product roadmap from MVP to large-scale
deployment.
- Partner with program management to ensure project execution and
delivery, managing dependencies across teams.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams across Intuit
to align on requirements and goals.
- Build empathy for developers using our data capabilities to
understand their pain points and identify solutions that address
customer problems in a delightful way.
- Represent the team in presentations, meetings, and events
internally and externally.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering platform
products in a Product Management role, especially in identity
systems or large-scale enterprise applications.
- Deep understanding of API management, design, standards, open
source, API documentation, and development.
- Hands-on experience with AI capabilities from development to
application.
- Strong technical depth in SaaS software development, including
reading code, architecture, and design discussions, with active
engagement with engineering teams.
- Proven success in data-driven approaches that deliver impactful
business results.
- Proficiency in program and project management, with success
managing complex deliverables across multiple teams.
- Ability to develop and execute a successful product
roadmap.
- Experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to
deliver innovative products.
- Track record of working closely with customers and partners,
adopting a customer-focused strategy.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across teams and
organizations.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both small
teams and large audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work
experience.
