Apparel Project ManagerAdded - 10/21/24Marketing/BrandingNew York, New York - FreelanceThe Sage Group's client is seeking an Apparel Project Management Associate to join the team. This person is responsible for managing the development of creative assets across monthly photoshoots and keeping accurate and efficient timelines. This role will also look after all retail marketing deliverables for apparel (signage, showroom assets, briefed monthly) and all vendor and contract management. The associate will support all apparel-related Member Support communications (promotions, policies, product knowledge), photoshoot planning and coordination, and Influencer/Affiliate program management. This role will partner closely with the broader Apparel organization and PM team (Consumer Creative).The successful candidate for this role will have both a strong project management background and a solid understanding of the marketing and creative process. Using this knowledge, the Associate will ensure that design projects from across the Apparel organization are appropriately resourced, requirements are neatly collected, and project status is clearly communicated on a regular basis. One must be a strong communicator, able to juggle multiple priorities concurrently, and effectively prioritize against competing deadlines.Your Daily Impact:

• Project intake and management/scoping for 1) apparel digital assets, inclusive of SMS and Email program management, 2) retail marketing assets, 3) Affiliate marketing program management and 4) ad-hoc Emerging Business projects.
• Build out Apparel team omnichannel marketing calendar to ensure visibility across larger org.
• Manage apparel team project plan and consistently follow up to ensure projects are on track.
• Meet with key stakeholders to ensure projects are clearly defined and work with key partners to assess and reassess project priorities.
• Assist creative team in gathering vital assets including copy, photography, videography, swatches, and samples.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize each accordingly.
• Assist with photoshoot production and management.
• Work with greater Marketing Project Management Teams to ensure standard methodologies and brand changes are implemented across the Apparel business.
• Support the Affiliate/Influencer program with product seeding and communication to vendors.
• Oversee vendor contract management for the team.
• Act as link to Member Support from the Apparel team.
• Send regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status.
• Foster increased collaboration with key departments.You Bring:

• Minimum of 2 Years of Marketing or Project Management (or similar) experience.
• Working knowledge of project management tools.
• Solid design sensibility and enjoys working with creatives.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized and process-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Naturally collaborative.
• Monday.com and Excel skills preferred.
