About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join
our team at Bon Appetit - Mountain View. As a key member of our
culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional
food quality, service, and experience to our customers.Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct team members to deliver delicious,
nutritious food and exceptional service.
- Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks, including
financial management and analysis, sanitation, and safety.
- Partner with stakeholders to promote standards, food
expectations, operational excellence, and enhance user
experience.Requirements:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional
experience.
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory experience or applicable
culinary experience in a similar volume, quality food service
establishment.
- Strong passion for great food and hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite.
- Possesses general hospitality knowledge and interest in
