We're seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Leader to lead our team and bring our vision to life.Job Description:As the Culinary Leader at The Peach, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily Back-of-House operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a dynamic team. You'll work closely with our General Manager and Ownership to maintain the highest standards of food quality and service. We're looking for a leader who can inspire and motivate staff, manage costs effectively, and contribute to the continued success and growth of our brand.Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Culinary Leader or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including financial management and inventory control.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Experience with brunch concepts and familiarity with Oakland's dining scene is a plus.Benefits:
