• Develop and execute menus that showcase our unique Thai cuisine
• Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Collaborate with our management team to drive business growth and successRequirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Asian cuisine Sous Chef in a high-end, high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques
