    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years as a high-end chef or Asian cuisine sous chef
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
    • Passion for food, hospitality, and memorable guest experiences
    • Experience with brunch concepts and Oakland's dining scene a plus
    • Spanish speaking a plus
