Job Description:

Sous Chef role involves culinary quality, service, and experience of the operation.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and direct team members to deliver delicious, nutritious food, exceptional service, and accomplish daily goals and initiatives.
  • Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks, including financial management and analysis, sanitation, and safety.
  • Participate in partnerships with key stakeholders to promote standards, food expectations, and operational excellence.Requirements:
    • Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience.
    • Minimum 2 years of kitchen supervisory experience or applicable culinary experience in a similar volume, quality food service establishment.
    • Strong passion for great food and hospitality.
    • Excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Google Suite, and general hospitality knowledge.
