Chef de Partie at The Wild. Dedicated and professional
individuals join our kitchen team, led by Chefs Marc Zimmerman,
Peggy Tan, and Mark Lieuw.Requirements: culinary degree preferred,
professional attitude, strong work ethic, communication skills,
ability to work independently and with a team, experience in fine
dining/Michelin environments.40-45 hours/5 day week, paid health
insurance.The Wild reconnects with nature, emphasizing a return to
simplicity. Pristine ingredients take center stage, cooked over a
live fire hearth and presented by our chef team to guests seated
around the kitchen.A la carte and tasting menus nightly,
Tuesday-Saturday.
