Culinary Expertise RequiredABSteak by Chef Akira Back is seeking a Senior Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key contributor to our culinary success, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items according to standardized recipes and specifications.Main Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes prepared.
• Station Management: Efficiently manage and operate a designated station in the kitchen, including setup, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Cooking Techniques: Utilize various cooking methods such as grilling, broiling, saut--ing, and frying to produce exceptional dishes.
• Quality Control: Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality, ensuring all dishes are presented in an appealing manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a steakhouse or similar high-volume restaurant.
  • Culinary Skills: Proficiency in various cooking techniques, knowledge of food safety standards, and ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
  • Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
