Our boutique restaurant at the heart of Silicon Valley is known for its exceptional dining experience and commitment to sustainability. We're seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team and lead the culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dishes and exceptional service.
Lead a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with sustainable and locally sourced ingredients.
