Job Description:

The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Richmond International Airport. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and chef specifications.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items in a timely manner
• Maintain correct food temperatures and store food safely
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties according to guidelines
• Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized
• Use waste control guidelines and record waste on spoilage sheetsRequirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a prep cook or line cook
  • Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
  • Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportionsPhysical Requirements:
    • Manual dexterity to chop, mix, and blend foods and liquids
