Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues as needed, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve sales, margin, and labor targets, as well as monitor and analyze sales reports and labor data.
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions.
• Work with the Team Leader to address team concerns and issues, and serve as a point person in their absence.
• Maintain the highest standards of retail execution, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Lead and develop team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and inclusive team dynamic.
• Communicate and model the company's vision and goals, and provide timely and constructive performance evaluations.Requirements
  • 18+ months of retail experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Working Conditions
    • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
