Job Description:

Assists the Team Leader in daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects. Leads and develops Team Members. Provides courteous and efficient service to customers and Team Members. Performed in accordance with team and store Standard Operating Procedures.Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains store layout and product merchandising.
• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assists Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports, and labor.
• Maintains good vendor relationships and ensures all paperwork is properly submitted.
• Functions as point person in absence of Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves retail execution standards.
• Fosters a positive team environment and directs Team Members to satisfy customer needs.
• Selects, trains, develops, and motivates Team Members.
• Provides timely performance evaluations and communicates company vision and goals.Requirements:

  • Product knowledge and advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies.

    • 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.Physical Requirements:
      • Lifts 50 pounds.
      • Stands/walks 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day.
      • Uses hands for grasping, manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
      • Exposure to temperatures: 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
      • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
