Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Team Associate Supervisor to join our team at Whole Foods Market. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges.Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader: Support the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and Develop Team Members: Lead and develop Team Members to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Store Layout and Merchandising: Develop and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Customer Service: Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs and direct Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers.
• Team Development: Foster and encourage a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.Requirements
  • 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • High energy, enthusiastic, and displays an affinity for our products, core values, and company philosophy.
  • Extensive knowledge of meat products.
