Job Description:
Performs dishwashing, maintains kitchen cleanliness, and
provides courteous customer service. Ensures a positive company
image, adheres to health and safety regulations, and supports WFM
core values and goals.Job Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing: Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans,
utensils, and small wares.
- General Cleanliness: Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats,
drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
- Kitchen Deliveries: Assists with kitchen deliveries, including
proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
- On-Time Arrival and Attendance: Arrives to work station on
time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work.
- Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service,
addressing needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Merchandising: Maximizes sales potential through effective
procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and
merchandising product.
- Compliance: Follows and complies with established procedures,
including health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
- Maintenance: Maintains a clean and sanitary working and
shopping environment.
- Additional Duties: Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as
assigned, and reports safety hazards and violations.Job Skills:

fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- Lifting: Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Standing/Walking: Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work
day.
- Hand Use: Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and
pulling.
- Motions: Requires bending, twisting, squatting, and
reaching.
- Exposure: Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals,
temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, and wet and dry
conditions.
- Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including
nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
