Bakery Team Leader Job DescriptionWhole Foods Market is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery department, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of bakery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation in all bakery products.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
• Compliance: Ensure that all bakery staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.Requirements:
  • 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
