Job DescriptionAt Whole Foods Market, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seafood Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our seafood department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a visually appealing store layout and product merchandising.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assist with analyzing sales reports, labor, and inventory management to drive business decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs and questions.
• Select, train, develop, and mentor Team Members to ensure a high-performance team.
• Communicate and maintain Team Member safety and security standards.
• Consistently communicate and model WFM vision and goals.Requirements:

  • Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory.

    • 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
