Job Description:
MatX is on a mission to be the compute platform for AGI. We are
developing vertically integrated full-stack solutions from silicon
to systems including hardware and software to train and run the
largest ML workloads for AGI. We primarily use the Rust programming
language .Responsibilities include:
- Developing a compiler frontend for our bespoke kernel
language
- Developing tools, libraries, and macros for the software team
and other teamsRequirements:
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree
- Experience working on compiler frontends (type inference,
elaboration, etc.)
- Excellent software engineering skills, with a focus on
high-performance code
- Extensive experience writing Rust softwarePreferences:
- Familiarity with techniques such as parallelism, SIMD
programming, C, or assembly-level optimization
- Experience programming low-level/embedded
hardwareCompensation:The US base salary for this full-time position
is $120,000 - $400,000 + equity + benefitsAs part of our dedication
