Software Engineer III, Looker Original Control

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in software development and testing.
- 2 years of experience programming in Java.
- 1 year of experience with data privacy or security
systems.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other similar cloud
technologies.
- Experience with databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL,
MySQL).Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical
fields.
- Experience with software development in Go, Node.js, Ruby.
- Experience and exposure with GCP and Kubernetes.About the

- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback
to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in,
accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
- Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and
adapt content based on product/program updates and user
feedback.
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by
analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware,
network, or service operations and quality.
- Design, develop, and maintain services and infrastructure to
facilitate the automated provisioning, updating, and management of
customer Looker instances operating on multiple cloud
platforms.
- Increase performance, reliability, and observability of/into
Looker functionality.
