Job Description:
As a Reservations Technology specialist, our client will count
on you to:
Provide superior technical support and build successful long term
relationships with internal clients for internal workflow
applications and sales tools
Have excellent communication skills--both written and verbal
Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests from
sales teams
Implement, troubleshoot, and support ad serving systems and other
Internet-based applications
Analyze support data to identify trends and communicate actionable
insights to product stakeholders and sales
Develop training materials and documentation
Identify and define automation opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree.
2-3 year minimum of Ad System support experience.
Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
Experience in technical customer support or account management
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in media planning or selling reservation advertising
