Job Description:
The Ads Marketing team is in search of a full time contract Lead
Testing Analyst to address the below to provide support for a high
visibility project for products within the B2B Ads Marketing Suite.
The Lead analyst would be responsible for the following:
1) Conducting Stakeholder Interviews
2) Determining success metrics for each product test (ie revenue vs
GA metrics)
3) Ensuring that product teams are set up to measure success
metrics (such as proper GA events or unique URL params for
revenue)
4) Coordinating Google Analytics Content Experiment with Brand
Studio
5) Determining traffic splits & test durations depending on PMM
input
6) Conducting analysis for success metrics in #1
7) Conducting statistical significance testing for #5 (ie p values
for CR or revenue increase)
8) Providing revenue projections based on #5 & #6 so we can package
up long term impact of RS roll outs
9) Packaging up success stories for all RS sites for Executive
Review (SVP Level Review)
10) Clearly attributing revenue and traffic sources to design
and/or other sources
11) Providing recommendations for next steps after 1st content
experiments
Candidate should be comfortable working independently, proactively
making recommendations, identifying opportunities for more depth
within reports, and working with high-level stakeholders. Ability
to dig into metrics, analytics, and testing scenarios along with
working in a fast paced environment is required. Candidate needs to
be able to be onsite in SF/MTV campuses as needed. Can work from
home as needed as well. Would not have a desk assignment in either
location but can find temporary spots at either location to sit. We
