Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assessment and Content Developer to
contribute to the development of an authentic assessment system for
early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
Create valid and reliable, authentic curriculum-based assessments
for children from infant to preschool
Contribute to curriculum writing and ensure alignment between
assessment and curriculum standards
Collaborate with a third party to measure assessment validity and
reliability, analyzing data for revisions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Degree in Developmental Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a
related field
Experience in curriculum and assessment development outside of the
classroom
Experience with implementing research studies
In-depth knowledge of early childhood development principles and
best practices
Proficiency in written Spanish is preferred
