    • 4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
    • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Even Better:
      • Experience building AI-powered products.
      • Experience with data engineering, MLOps, and LLMOps.
      • Comfortable building and shipping full-stack solutions.
      • Experience with React, Typescript, and Go.
      • Leadership experience on technical projects or teams.Our Values:
